Terms of Service — Morph Launcher

Who we are

Morph Launcher is made by Nguyễn Mạnh Tuấn, an individual developer publishing as Inkspire Studio ("we"). Our contact details are at the end of these terms and on the app's Google Play listing. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Using the app

You may install and use Morph Launcher on your own devices for your personal use. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the app, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows you to. The app includes open-source components, which stay under their own licences; you can find them in the app's About section. Google Play's own terms also apply to anything you get through Google Play.

Morph Premium and packs

Paid features are sold through Google Play in two forms. The price for your country is shown before you buy.

• Morph Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription that unlocks every paid area, including ones added later, for as long as you're subscribed. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Free trials. If you're offered a trial, its length and the price that follows are shown before you start. Google Play charges you when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Packs unlock one area with a single payment. A pack doesn't renew, and it stays yours whether or not you also subscribe.
• Price changes. If a subscription's price changes, Google Play tells you as its rules require before the new price applies to you.
• Your Google account. Purchases belong to the Google account you used to make them. They come back on a new device when you sign in to Google Play with that account.

Canceling and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play's subscription settings. Uninstalling the app doesn't cancel it. Premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

When a subscription ends, everything you've made stays as it is, and your icons, wallpapers, widgets, backdrops and gestures keep working. You only need Premium again to save a new change that uses a paid feature.

Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies, so please start there. If you have a problem with a purchase, you can also write to us.

What you make and share

The designs you make are yours. We don't receive them, and they're stored on your device, so uninstalling the app deletes them unless your device's own backup has kept a copy. Please keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.

When you share a design, you are responsible for what's in it. Don't share anything you don't have the right to share. A design you receive from someone else belongs to them, not to us, and we don't check it.

Other companies' services

Some features depend on services we don't control, and we aren't responsible for them. Widgets you place from other apps are those apps' own code, and Google Play and your phone's own services handle what they provide.

Weather forecasts come from MET Norway. Treat them as a guide, and don't rely on them where your safety or property is at stake.

Changes to the app

We keep working on the app, so features may change, and a feature may be removed if it stops working or an outside service ends. Android and device makers also change what a launcher can do, so some features may not work on every device.

No guarantees

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always work, be free of errors or suit your particular needs.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or lost profits. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the problem arose.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that the consumer law of your country doesn't allow to be limited or waived. That includes any liability that can't legally be excluded. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you're a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protections of that country's mandatory consumer law, and you may be able to bring a claim in its courts.

Ending your use

There's no account to close: you can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Remember to cancel any subscription in Google Play first.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and its effective date. If a change matters to you, we'll give reasonable notice before it applies. It won't change what you've already paid for.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what the app accesses on your device and what leaves it.
